Order Processing Time:
1–3 business days (we don’t count weekends – even rebels need brunch).
Peak chaos periods (Black Friday meltdowns, New Year’s glow-ups): Might take longer, but we’ll keep you looped in via email. No ghosting here.

Shipment Alerts:
When your jeans hit the road, you’ll get a tracking number + carrier link in your Email.Treat it like a treasure map to your next confidence boost.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. Processing may take longer during public holidays, sales periods, peak seasons, and before major festivals due to customs and postal service delays. Delays may also occur due to pending payment authorizations.

Note: The above timeframes do not include customs clearance.
We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays. Orders will be processed the next business day.

DELIVERY FEE

Free shipping on all products.

Delivery clocks start AFTER processing. Customs? Not our karaoke buddy – delays possible.

Commodity taxes and fees：
Taxes are included in our orders and shipping costs and will be paid by Onesodenim.

Delays:
Blame carrier meltdowns, weather tantrums, or customs drama. If your package is MIA for 5+ business days past ETA, slide to: onesoace@gmail.com.

Lost Packages:
If nada after 5 business days, we’ll replace or refund.

ADDRESS ACCURACY = DENIM SALVATION

1. Double-check your digits like it’s your ex’s birthday. We’re not liable for typos.

2. Need to fix an address? Email us within 24hrs of ordering. Post-shipment? Pray to the denim gods.

TRACKING YOUR SWAG:

1. Stalk Your Package: Use the tracking number or order number in your email.

2. Confused? Hit us up. We’ll decode carrier hieroglyphics.

UNCLAIMED JEANS? NOT ON OUR WATCH.

1. Reship Fee: $5.99 if packages boomerang (Wrong address? Ghosted delivery?)

2. Process: We’ll email you to confirm details before relaunching your denim.

PACKAGING = DENIM SHRINE

1. Fort Knox-Level Protection: Bubble wrap, anti-crush boxes, zero compromises.

2. Damaged Goods? Send photos of the carnage within 48hrs. We’ll fix it – replacements, refunds, or a virtual hug.
