Ever wondered what goes into creating your favorite pair of ONESO jeans? 🤔 It’s a journey of over 50 individual steps. Let’s pull back the curtain. ✨
Step 1: The Design & Pattern
It all starts with an idea 💡. Our design team sketches silhouettes, then creates precise paper patterns for each size. Fit is tested and adjusted on real models countless times before approval.
Step 2: Fabric Cutting & Marking
Layers of our premium denim are carefully spread on long tables. Using the approved patterns, each piece (legs, waistband, pockets) is meticulously cut ✂️. This stage minimizes fabric waste.
Step 3: The Assembly Line
Skilled artisans sew the jeans together on specialized machines. Different machines are used for different tasks: felling seams, attaching rivets, sewing buttonholes, and creating our signature back-pocket stitching.
Step 4: Washing & Finishing
This is where character is born! 🎨 Jeans are washed, stone-bleached, or laser-treated to achieve the perfect color and softness. For distressed styles, each rip and fray is done by hand for a unique look.
Step 5: Quality Control & Packaging
Every single pair is inspected 🔍. Seams are checked, buttons are tested, and fit is verified. Only then are they carefully folded, tagged, and prepared to begin their journey to you. 📦
It’s more than just clothing; it’s a process of care.
