1. The 30-Day Window:
Returns/exchanges must start within 30 days from delivery date– not a second later. (Seriously, we’ll know.)

2. Condition Check:

Unworn, unwashed, zero vibes (stains, smells, or damage).

Tags packaging intact– yes, even the branded dust bag. We see you.

Step 1: Send us a breakup note

1. Order number

2. Reason

3. Photos if claiming damage/wrong item (No pics = no proof)

We’ll respond in 24hours– approval, denial, or “Let’s troubleshoot this fit together.”

Step 2: Ship it back like a pro

1. Repackage like Fort Knox (original box + padding).

2. Use tracked shipping (UPS/FedEx).

3. Keep the receipt– lose it, and we can’t save you.

WHO PAYS?

Defective/Wrong items: We’ll cover shipping.
Changed your mind? You pay.

REFUNDS: NO BULLSHIT, JUST SPEED

 Process order refunds in 5 workdays after we inspect.

Partial/Denied? Only if:

You trashed the packaging (RIP dust bag).

EXCHANGES: SWAP ’TIL YOU DROP

Request your new size/color in the email.

Stock-dependent– if sold out, we’ll refund or suggest alternatives.

Price differences?

Upgrade: Pay the gap.

Downgrade: Get refunded.
